These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ApplySite (the “Platform”). By creating an account, submitting an application, or using the site, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
ApplySite connects students with educational institutions and facilitates application management. We are not an academic institution and do not guarantee admission to any program.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Institutions & partners
Registered institutions must be authorized to operate and offer the programs they publish. ApplySite may review, suspend, or remove accounts that breach these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, unauthorized scraping, or interference with the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ApplySite is not liable for admission decisions, third-party content, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
