Terms of Use

1. The service

ApplySite connects students with educational institutions and facilitates application management. We are not an academic institution and do not guarantee admission to any program.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Institutions & partners

Registered institutions must be authorized to operate and offer the programs they publish. ApplySite may review, suspend, or remove accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, unauthorized scraping, or interference with the service.

5. Payments and contractual relationship with the institution

ApplySite acts solely as a technology platform for intermediation and application facilitation. The academic contract, the delivery of educational services, and any obligations arising from the program are entered into and performed directly between the Student and the relevant Institution.

Unless expressly stated in writing in an ApplySite-owned payment flow, amounts corresponding to deposits, tuition, program fees, academic charges, or other program-related fees are paid directly to the Institution, under the sole responsibility of the Student and that Institution.

ApplySite is not a party to the study contract, does not hold or process such academic payments, and assumes no obligations of performance, continuity of the program, or management of academic refunds between Student and Institution.

6. Institution closure, insolvency, or bankruptcy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApplySite shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for the total or partial closure of an Institution; its insolvency, suspension of payments, insolvency proceedings, or bankruptcy; the revocation of licenses or accreditations; the cancellation or material modification of programs; the cessation of operations; or any economic, academic, or opportunity loss arising therefrom for the Student or other Users.

Any claim relating to refunds, continuity of studies, academic relocation, student protection insurance, or other compensation must be directed exclusively to the Institution, its insolvency administrators, insurers, or competent authorities, as applicable.

Use of ApplySite creates no warranty as to the financial solvency, permanence, or operational continuity of Institutions listed on the Platform. The decision to enroll and make payments to an Institution rests exclusively with the Student, who assumes the contractual risk vis-à-vis that Institution.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ApplySite is not liable for admission decisions, third-party content, acts or omissions of Institutions—including the circumstances described in section 6—or for indirect, consequential, or opportunity losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
